The name Lilgap Rumě Lǐbsì is derived from the Goblin language, as Lilgap Rumě Lǐbsì was founded by Ýith́a, who was culturaly KLEO.

Climate

Lilgap Rumě Lǐbsì was founded durring the late 13th century in fall of the year 1166, by Ýith́a. The establishment of Lilgap Rumě Lǐbsì suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Lilgap Rumě Lǐbsì which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
